Comunque i dati medici son riservati e chi li ha divulgati rischia grosso; per i giornalisti la cosa è un po diversa nel senso che possono pubblicare l'informazione e non rilevare la fonte fonte, in ogni caso ci vorrebbe un avvocato a spiegare le cosa meglio. Non penso che sia esattamente in forma. Piuttosto che vedere ora una fugace immagine di uno Schumi solo pelle ed ossa preferisco aspettare uno, due, anche tre anni e rivederlo ripreso per bene. Luke36 Posted July 23, 2014 Share Posted July 23, 2014 In questi giorni è passata una notizia molto interessante. Nel dettaglio si è parlato di impianto di "microchip". Mi sono documentato e l'argomento è fortemente affascinante. In particolare attraverso l'impianto per stereotassia di elettrostimolatori cerebrali di profondità (DBS) connessi ad una sorta di Pace Maker che a sua volta viene programmato a seconda delle specifiche esigenze del paziente, si determinarebbe la ripresa delle funzioni danneggiate, in tutto o in parte. Si tratta altresi di neurochirurgia mini-nano robotica che avrebbe grande beneficio nei casi di "minimally conscious state" (MCS) e parziale nei casi di "persistent vegetative state" (PVS). La cosa potrebbe sembrare fantascienza ma senza dubbio aiuta a comprendere l'attuale stato di MS. Nel dettaglio MS sarebbe in grado di comunicare attraverso il battito delle palpebre il che lo colloca senza dubbio nella categoria dei pazienti che hanno più di un MCS. Questo implica senza dubbio una speranza piuttosto fondata sul recupero di MS di cui però è difficile stabilirne l'entità . In particolare sono andato a vedere cosa combina Darko Chudy - Professore c/o la Clinica Universitaria di Dubrava in Croazia e ho letto un suo lavoro sulla stimolazione dei nuclei parafascicolari nello MCS e i risultati sarebbero a dir poco incredibili. Al suo fianco ci sarà un altro "genio" un tale Vedran Deletis, direttore della neurofisiologia intraoperatoria del Rockfeller Institute di New York. Insomma gente con le palle quadre !
