Aumentato il numero di token a disposizione delle squadre. 32 anche per quest'anno, con sviluppo in season permesso. Le parti del motore che sarebbero dovute essere congelate dopo quest'anno saranno in realtà libere di essere sviluppate anche nel 2016. 

Quasi ufficiale il passaggio di Toro Rosso a motorizzazione Ferrari, con PU 2015. http://www.autosport.com/news/report.php/id/122106

    C' è una differenza non da poco tra gli anni degli 8 titoli Red Bull e gli ultimi 2: un calo decisamente consistente degli ascolti televisivi quasi ovunque.
