Some new parts for G56 - Mistral - G12

30mm Fan holder to be used on G56-235 version

Aluminium Spring holder. Works on the most popular conical side springs

F104 - body holder, for those who wants to use Fenix F1 historical bodies on the popular Tamiya F104

Plus, an improvement.

From now on, all the G56 will have a new motor bulkhead, able to carry a 30mm fan

Portamolle in alluminio. Funziona con le molle laterali coniche. 

F104- Supporto carrozzeria, per coloro che volessero usare le carrozze storiche Fenix F1 sulla Tamiya F104.

D'ora in poi, tutte le G56 avranno una nuova paratia motore, sulla quale si può installare una ventola da 30mm.

Fenix Racing proud and happy to introduce “Classique 2”

 

“Classique 2” inherited the legacy of Classique.

 

Biggest improvement, is now the ability to use the most popular Lipo, from Super Shorty, to Shorty to LCG Shorty.

 

Another remarkable improvement is now a simpler rear end, where the torsion setting is handled via a single setup screw, replacing the damper and springs system used on the previous version.

 

Rear end feature a narrower track, for a better track grip.

 

Typical 60’s short wheelbase is retained.

 

Of course, Classique 2 is fully compatible to the existing Fenix Classique bodies.

 

Classique 2 and F1-70 are meant to be the backbone for Fenix Collectors Series, which are planned to be released later during the year.

"Classique 2" è l'erede di Classique. 

 

Il miglioramento più importante sta nel fatto che possa usare le LiPo più comuni, dalle Supershory, alle Shorty, alle Shorty LCG. 

 

Un'altro grande miglioramento è la possibilità di regolare la torsione con soltanto una vite, sostituendo così i sistema a damper e molle usato nella precedente versione. 

 

Il posteriore porta un passo più stretto, per un migliore grip. 

Il passo corto tipico degli anni '60 è stato conservato. 

Ovviamente, Classique 2 è compatibile con tutte le carrozzerie Fenix Classique esistenti. 

Classique 2 e la F1-70 saranno la spina dorsale di una Fenix Collectors Series, che uscirà in futuro quest'anno.

F1 was racing at Imola this weekend.

Of course before they hit the track, we checked if everything was in proper conditions, with our Fenix F1-70 with Fenix March 761 body.

Everything was proper, so they could race this weekend!!!

 

La F1 ha corso ad Imola questo weekend...

Ovviamente, prima che scendessero in pista, abbiamo controllato se fosse tutto a posto, con la nostra Fenix F1-70 con carrozzeria Fenix March 761.

Era tutto ok, quindi hanno potuto correre questo weekend!!!

Fenix Racing is happy to introduce their newest body for the 70 F1 series. Of course we’re talking of nevertheless than the Ferrari T2 as raced in 1976 by Niki Lauda and Clay Regazzoni.

T2 is the car Lauda drove in the famous Nurburgring crash and made utterly famous by “Rush”, the movie. Perfect to race together the McLaren M23 stiled body also made by Fenix.

The body is moulded from high-quality polycarbonate material, it fits the Fenix F1-70 plus, the Tamiya F103 and F104W style chassis, besides other of course, and it is available as we speak.

 

Fenix Racing è lieta di presentarvi la loro nuova carrozzeria per la serie F1 70. Ovviamente parliamo niente meno che della Ferrari T2, che è stata usata da Niki Lauda e Clay Regazzoni nel 1976. 

La T2 è la macchina che Lauda guidava nel tristemente famoso crash del Nurburgring, resa ancora più famosa da "Rush". Perfetta per correre insieme alla carrozzeria della McLaren M23 fatta da Fenix. 

La carrozzeria è stampata in Lexan, è compatibile con Fenix F1-70, telai stile Tamiya F103 e F104W ed è già disponibile.

Finally, I was able to spend to some quality time driving an RC car.

Nothing better than drive a Classic Team Lotus 49 Fenix Classique at La Valletta.

La Valletta is perfectly sized for 1/10 RC and I consider it a sort of “Spa” or “Brands Hatch” for RC car.

The track is challenging, being tilted in 2 axis, but very rewarding for the drivers

Downhill straight is just one of the challenge, the whole infield is continuously changing the level, up and down, with counter slope turns, and the “Clubhouse chicane” is definitely giving you some extra tenths… or a perfect crash…

Height difference between the highest and the lowest turn, it’s probably about 4 meters and is quite a lot to negotiate without losing time,

One of the best track in Italy.

Finalmente ho potuto trascorrere del tempo guidando un'auto RC. 

Non c'è nulla di meglio di guidare una Fenix Classique Classic Team Lotus 49 a La Valletta.

La Valletta ha una dimensione perfetta per le RC 1/10, consideratela una sorta di "Spa" o "Brands Hatch" per auto RC. 

Il rettifilo in discesa è solo una delle sfide, tutto il misto cambia continuamente livello, su e giù, con curve in contropendenza. La "Chicane Clubhouse" ti darà decisamente dei decimi in più... o un crash perfetto.... 

La differenza di altezza tra la curva più alta e la più bassa è di circa 4 metri, molti da negoziare senza perdere tempo.
