Was a very emotional Sunday for me, due the G12 debut in USA.
Black carpet is something which must be handled with much respect...
We chat often during the day, as the car was finished just before the race.
Happy to say that things went extremely positive and Hefty was able to start 2nd and finish in the same position after 8 very intense minutes and breathless (for me at least) 50 laps...
An amazing consistency with 9.349 as a best lap and 9.751 as average lap.
Thanks a lot for the effort you've done.

 

E' stata una Domenica speciale per me, a causa del debutto della G12 negli Stati Uniti. 

La moquette nera va necessariamente trattata con molto rispetto....

Abbiamo chattato molto durante la giornata, dato che la macchina è stata pronta solo poco prima della gara...

Felice di dire che sia stato un weekend molto positivo, Hefty è riuscito a partire 2° ed a finire nella stessa posizione dopo 8 intensi minuti e 50 giri.... 

Veramente molto consistente, con 9.349 di best lap e 9.751 di media.

A fast “how to” on our Xray-X10-Fenix-G56…
How to convert you Xray X10 into a V-link weapon of fun.
Works on Xray X10 -2015 and 2018. It works also X10 link, but you’ve to add 2 side dampers.
Kit used for this “how-to” are Fenix G56061-ND and a donor X10 2015

 

Un veloce "how to" della nostra Xray-X10-Fenix G56. 

Come convertire la tua Xray X10 in una fonte di divertimento con il V-Link. 

E' possibile convertire la Xray X10-2015 e la 2018. Funziona anche sulla X10 link, ma dovete aggiungere due smorzini laterali. 

I kit usati per questo "how-to" sono Fenix G56061-ND ed una X10 2015 donata.

First step, Xray front end need to be installed over the front beam. Use the provided titanium turnbuckles

 

Primo step, l'avantreno Xray deve essere installato sull'asse anteriore. Usate le chiavi in titanio fornite.

Second step, remove the servo with posts and servo saver from the donor car, turn the servo saver 180° and install the group to the servo holder.
Note: if you’re using low profile servo you need to add 2mm shims between the servo posts.
Install the 3 20mm long aluminum posts to the servo holder.
Keep the remaining screws and shims for the next step…

 

Secondo step, togliete il servo ed il salvaservo dalla macchina donata, girate il salvaservo di 180° ed installate il gruppo sul servo holder. 

Nota: Se state usando un servo low-profile dovete aggiungere 2mm di spessore sulle colonnine. 

Installate le viti 3 20mm in alluminio al servo holder. 

Tenete le viti e gli spessori restanti per il prossimo step....

Third step
Mate the assembled front beam and the servo group to the chassis.
For the servo group, use the provided shims to ensure come clearance between servo and chassis.

Terzo step

Unite l'avantreno ed il gruppo del servo al telaio. 

Per il gruppo del servo, usate gli spessori forniti per garantire del gioco tra servo e telaio.

Fourth step
Uh oh… a V-link start to appear…
If you’re using the X10-2015 version, insert the provide aluminum post and shim over the original brace and the game is done. For the 18 version, there are proper carbon fiber parts.
While you’re here… install 1 of the link sphere otherway round into the side link….
For setting the V-link turnbuckles length….
“No se preocupe señor”…. Just use the this procedure and everything will be easy

Quarto step

Oh oh.... inizia ad apparire un V-Link..... 

Se stai usando la X10-2015, inserisci le colonnine e gli spessori in alluminio forniti sul supporto originale ed il gioco è fatto. Per la versione 2018, ci sono le apposite parti in carbonio. 

Nel frattempo.... installate 1 delle sfere dei link nel senso opposto al link laterale... 

Per settare la lunghezza del V-Link.... 

"No se preocupe señor".... Usate questa procedura e tutto sarà facile...

Fifth step
Assembly the ancillaries parts to the main chassis, just note the position for the Xray side links.
And the game is done…
This conversion is available with or with out differential.
You can use our “imitated but never equaled” :-) gear diff, or our sphere diff or any market available 235 sphere diff.
Nope… the original one is too short for 235mm use…
But the original left hub is still needed and usable

 

Quinto step

Montate le parti ausiliarie al telaio, state solo attenti alla posizione dei link laterali Xray. 

Ed il gioco è fatto....

Questa conversione è disponibile con o senza differenziale.

Potete usare il nostro "imitato ma mai eguagliato"  GearDiff, oppure il nostro Sphere Diff o qualsiasi differenziale a sfere disponibile sul mercato. 

No.... l'originale è troppo corto per l'uso con le 235mm.... 

Ma il mozzo sinistro originale è utilizzabile e necessario
