    No beh, sul fatto che l'intero regolamento dovrebbe essere cestinato e riscritto da capo non ha nemmeno tutti i torti. D'altra parte quando si va avanti ad aggungere e precisare regole anno dopo anno l'unico risultato possibile è il guazzabuglio attuale.
