One of the nicest models in F1, brought to us trough the magnificent artwork of Sauro

That's amazing what you do with your artwork in all F1 models, but you transcend yourself when you apply your art in complex models like Jordan. I am speechless. Congratulations Saurio.

Ekström-Motori Moderni GP8601 Could Ekström have been any team? No, it was to be born under the command of a woman, Cecilia Ekström, and her team debuted in 1986. Ekström had already worked on the marketing of other teams, but it did not work out for her. Because she was a woman, Ekström had difficulty getting sponsorships, she talked to British American Tobacco (BAT, the same one she created years later at BAR) and Fleur de Santè. As no one put faith in her project, she ended up failing, firing all the officials and even not paying the team's phone bills. It looked like the team would have finished in 1986, but she tried to buy the Haas Lola spoiler, but it did not work out and Cecilia Ekström never went back to Formula 1 again. Free livery

I made a mistake. The second picture is not Peter de Klerk’s Alfa Special at Kyalami 1965. It is Peter de Klerk’s Alfa Special at East London, South Africa 1965

Peter de Klerk’s Alfa Special made its debut with a fine 4th-place finish in the 1962 Rand Autumn Trophy race at Kyalami. Peter de Klerk’s Alfa Special at East London 1965

Congratulations Saurio. I'm sure this must be one of the hardest models to create. Once again an excelent artwork

Ronnie Peterson, who was on foot at Clermont-Ferrand's tortuous circuit (55 corners and 8,055 km), was able to return to the pits thanks to the luxurious help of Jose Carlos Pace and his Politoys-March Cosworth during the French GP practice of 1972.
