    Di fatto una resa della Federazione nei confronti dei "mostri" ibridi che ha creato. Troppo complicate tecnologicamente queste PU per verificare oltre ogni dubbio che violino o meno un regolamento anch'esso troppo complicato. Era inevitabile che prima o poi accadesse. La soluzione? Snellire il regolamento, togliere decine e decine di divieti e limiti, e lasciare fare agli ingegneri ciò che ritengono più opportuno.

    In particolare si trovano con le mani legate perché gli unici tecnici in grado di capire queste PU lavorano per altri team.
