La stagione 1979 del Campionato mondiale FIA di Formula 1 è stata, nella storia della categoria, la 30ª ad assegnare il Campionato Piloti e la 22ª ad assegnare il Campionato Costruttori. àˆ iniziata il 21 gennaio e terminata il 7 ottobre, dopo 15 gare, una in meno della stagione precedente. Il titolo dei piloti è andato per la prima volta a Jody Scheckter e il titolo costruttori per la sesta volta alla Ferrari.

Ramirez ai tempi in forze alla Shadow scrisse che fu la 1° monoposto aerografata.

 

 

...piccolo dubbio....ma la Hesketh di Edwards(1976) sponsor Penthouse,non era aerografata anche quella?.
