Oggi ho aperto prima la news gialla per leggerla e solo dopo ho aperto i vari topic per riprendere da dove ero rimasto. Ebbene il pop-up mi suggeriva comunque di andare a leggere la news su Raikkonen che pure avevo già letto. E' una questione di sequenza di azioni? Il pop-up è indipendente dal fatto che si legga effettivamente la news prima che questo compaia?

Personalmente la mia logica è non dare soldi a Sky per confluire nei numeri sbandierati ogni lunedì (numero abbonati, share di spettatori dell'evento di MotoGP/F1 di turno etc.). Di certo se trovassi l'offerta Sky allettante per altri motivi, mi farebbe girare le palle il fatto di non poter scorporare ciò che voglio pagare per vedere da ciò che finisco per vedere perché tanto sto già pagando. Lamentarsi su forum, al bar, su facebook, su instagram, su twitter etc. per loro (f1 governance in generale) è soltanto gradita pubblicità gratuita al prodotto se nel frattempo si continua diligentemente a pagare l'obolo. E' solo un modo per ventilare la frustrazione, per il tifoso cornuto e mazziato. Loro, di certo, non percepiscono il messaggio fintanto che dormono su un letto di dobloni.

Paga sempre Mateschitz? Perché in tal caso inizierei a pregare per un'uscita di RedBull dalla F1. Se organizzassero una RB Cup con vetture più sexy (grazie Lewis) e sulle vecchie piste snobbate dalla F1 verrebbe fuori qualcosa che guarderei più volentieri della F1 attuale.

Per esperienza personale: perché in italiano la h è muta e di conseguenza non viene naturale pronunciarla facendola sentire (tautologia). La "over-compensazione" (insieme al fatto che ci siano più consonanti che vocali nelle parole croate ) porta ad un suono - incorrettamente - vicino alla k. Ad esempio l'isola di Hvar, l'ho sempre sentita pronunciare K-var. Del resto anche "croato", in... croato è "Hrvat".

Ricordo male o l'aiuto a Mercedes c'è stato "a monte", con la stesura dei regolamenti sulla PU impostata con certi parametri tecnici? Un po' sulla falsariga del miracolo di Ross Brawn, sempre lui, con la vettura omonima nel nuovo regolamento 2009.

RBR will be running the Renault 12 token upgraded engine in Brazil, having passed on using it in both Austin and Mexico. This power unit upgrade has been the result of a joint effort between Renault and the Red Bull appointed consultant Mario Illien. TJ13 has learned that the reason Red Bull have refused to run this PU at the past two races is because no agreement on joint intellectual property had been finalised. The deal is now done. Mario Illien, the former Ilmor engine guru, has been working in the new Milton Keynes building 9 for over a year and assisting Renault in solving fundamental design flaws in their F1 power unit. Much of this revolves around the engine block. Toto Wolff has revealed Mercedes sought two key conditions from Red Bull during talks about a Formula 1 engine supply deal that took place in July. Bernie Ecclestone said over the US Grand Prix weekend Red Bull started to cut its ties to current supplier Renault over the summer because it thought it had a Mercedes deal. That was linked to a meeting that took place involving Red Bull team principal Christian Horner, Mercedes motorsport boss Wolff, its non-executive chairman Niki Lauda, and F1 supremo Ecclestone. However, Mercedes claims Red Bull never got back in contact once it specified its required terms to enter an agreement for 2016. "The first was we needed carte blanche from Renault as they are an industrial partner of Mercedes, and we would never do anything against them," said Wolff. "Unless Renault gave us the go ahead we couldn't move. It would be in breach of contract, and there is a much bigger picture involving Renault and Mercedes than Formula 1, such as the joint factories in Mexico. "The other thing we said is if we supply Red Bull with an engine in Formula 1 there is a possibility of diluting the message around our own success because they could be very successful with our engine. "That would be fair and square, but in order to accept that we would need to know what kind of marketing activities we could deploy on a worldwide scale with each other.
